Refund policy

 

You are welcome to return products in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order. A return fee of 70 SEK will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition. Products must not have been worn (except for trying them on), damaged, washed, altered, or have any tags or labels removed. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect the diminished value of the item, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are sent after the 14-day return period or do not comply with our return policy. If a return is refused, the item may be sent back to your original shipping address, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and arrange a full refund or replacement where applicable.

Each returned item is inspected individually upon receipt. If an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
