  • Free shipping on orders over 700 SEK.
  • 79 SEK shipping fee on orders under 700 SEK.

International Shipping

  • Up to 250 g – 170 SEK
  • Up to 1 kg – 250 SEK
  • Up to 2 kg – 300 SEK
  • Up to 5 kg – 600 SEK

Delivery Times

Sweden

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days via PostNord.

International

Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during sale periods, holidays, or other peak seasons.

Track Your Order

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to follow your shipment via the PostNord app or on the PostNord website.

If you were logged into your account or created one when placing your order, you can also track your order through My Account.

If you have changed your address or arranged mail forwarding, it is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping information is correct before placing your order.

Unclaimed Packages

If your order is delivered to a PostNord service point, it will normally be held for 7 days before being returned to us. In some cases, the collection period may be extended to 14 days through the PostNord app.

For unclaimed packages or orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect customer information, a 100 SEK return shipping fee will be charged to cover the cost of the return shipment.

Orders that are returned to us because they were not collected are generally not covered by the right of withdrawal.
